Punch Set

With feet together, step out to your left and cover your weapon, then drop your hands back into a horse stance:

  1. Straight thrust punch to 12 o’ clock, right arm
  2. Straight thrust punch to 12 o’ clock, left arm
  3. Straight thrust punch to 10.30, right arm
  4. Straight thrust punch to 1.30, left arm
  5. Horizontal thrust punch to 9 o’ clock, right arm
  6. Horizontal thrust punch to 3 o’ clock, left arm
  7. Upper cut right arm (leave it in place)
  8. Upper cut left arm then draw both hands back
  9. Overhead inward downward elbow into a vertical thrust punch to 3 o’ clock, right arm
  10. Overhead inward downward elbow into a vertical thrust punch to 9 o’ clock, left arm
  11. Obscure back elbow, upper cut lock, backfist to 3 o’ clock, right arm
  12. Obscure back elbow, upper cut lock, backfist to 9 o’ clock, left arm
  13. Repeat 9-10 simultaneously with both arms
  14. Repeat 11-12 simultaneously with both arms

Cover your weapon, close and bow.
