Punch Set
With feet together, step out to your left and cover your weapon, then drop your hands back into a horse stance:
- Straight thrust punch to 12 o’ clock, right arm
- Straight thrust punch to 12 o’ clock, left arm
- Straight thrust punch to 10.30, right arm
- Straight thrust punch to 1.30, left arm
- Horizontal thrust punch to 9 o’ clock, right arm
- Horizontal thrust punch to 3 o’ clock, left arm
- Upper cut right arm (leave it in place)
- Upper cut left arm then draw both hands back
- Overhead inward downward elbow into a vertical thrust punch to 3 o’ clock, right arm
- Overhead inward downward elbow into a vertical thrust punch to 9 o’ clock, left arm
- Obscure back elbow, upper cut lock, backfist to 3 o’ clock, right arm
- Obscure back elbow, upper cut lock, backfist to 9 o’ clock, left arm
- Repeat 9-10 simultaneously with both arms
- Repeat 11-12 simultaneously with both arms
Cover your weapon, close and bow.
