Co-ordination Set

With feet together, step out to your left and cover your weapon:

  1. Step back into a left fighting stance, simultaneously performing a rear inward block (drawing your right fist to your hip), then a lead outward block
  2. From the outward block, execute a left jab, then come into a forward stance and execute a right rear thrust punch, drawing your left hand to your hip
  3. From the forward stance, execute a right rear snap kick and left lead thrust punch simultaneously
  4. As you plant back into a forwards stance, execute a further right rear thrust punch and draw your left fist back to your hip
  5. Step through into a right fighting stance, simultaneously executing a double factor block (left inward then right outward)
  6. From the outward block, execute a right jab then come into a forward stance and execute a left rear thrust punch, drawing your right hand to your hip
  7. From the forward stance, execute a left rear snap kick and right lead thrust punch simultaneously
  8. As you plant back into a forwards stance, execute a further left rear thrust punch
  9. Cover towards 9 o’ clock simultaneously performing a rear inward block, then a lead outward block
  10. Perform steps 2–8 above
  11. Cover towards 6 o’ clock simultaneously performing a rear inward block, then a lead outward block
  12. Perform steps 2–8 above
  13. Cover towards 3 o’ clock simultaneously performing a rear inward block, then a lead outward block
  14. Perform steps 2–8 above
  15. Cover towards 12 o’ clock simultaneously performing a rear inward block, then a lead outward block
  16. Perform steps 2–8 above

From the forwards stance, step your right leg back into a horse stance covering your weapon, close and bow.
