4 Kick Set
With feet together, step out to your left and cover your weapon, then step back with your right leg into a left fighting stance:
- Step through rear front kick
- Rear crossover side kick
- Shuffle lead roundhouse kick
- Spinning back kick (planting into a left fighting stance)
- Cover to face 6 o’ clock
- Step through rear front kick
- Rear crossover side kick
- Shuffle lead roundhouse kick
- Spinning back kick (planting into a right fighting stance)
- Move your right leg around anti-clockwise to face 12 o’ clock in a horse stance covering your weapon
Close and bow.
